The teacher first repairs the dilapidated school in the village with the help of the villagers. He quickly wins the affection of the students and villagers. He also begins to address the village's other needs. He does everything he can to help the village develop. However, this causes the village headman, who has been exploiting the village for years, to lose favor. The headman will try to hinder the teacher in order to regain his power.
