Tobias rescues a sparrow that is stuck in some bushes. The sparrow turns out to be a blind fairy who, as a thank you, will grant Tobias a wish. Will he now get the parrot he wants? The blind fairy has promised to conjure up a parrot for Tobias. Unfortunately, she ends up turning Tobias into a parrot instead, and before she can make amends, Tobias is captured by the evil bird dealer and put in a cage in his shop. Can Tobias, with the help of the other birds, escape and meet the fairy as agreed?
