They are full of life, joyful and sometimes full of melancholy. The protagonist only lives their normal life. They like riding bikes, reading comic books while dreaming of a fantasy world. They love their dad, he’s often off, but he’s full of tenderness. When they get stung by a wasp, he takes care of their booboos. Papa Bouteille is a poetic film. It takes the spectator along in the character's own intimacy.
